The plaque reads, "Celebrating the Past... Embracing the Future - 90th Anniversary, August 28, 1997" and mounted on a nice wood base.
These commemorative trucks were given out to UPS employees to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of UPS.
The wood base measures 6" x 3-1/2".
